Policies

  • A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) is required to secure a reservation.

    A deposit equal to the first night's accommodation will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

  • Check-in: 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.

    If you expect to arrive after 9 p.m., please contact the office in advance.

    Check-out: 11 a.m.

  • Reservations may be cancelled up to 10 days before arrival for a full refund, less a $30 administration fee.

    Cancellations received fewer than 10 days before arrival will forfeit the booking deposit.

    Group bookings involving multiple cabins require more than 10 days' notice. Cancellation terms for group bookings will be discussed at the time of reservation and are based on the number of cabins reserved.

  • Select cabins are pet-friendly, and all camper sites welcome pets.

    Guests requiring a pet-friendly cabin must make this request at the time of booking.

    A fee of $25 per pet, per stay applies.

    Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while outdoors, including at trailer sites.

    Note: A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to the credit card on file if pets are found in non-pet-friendly cabins.

  • Children 12 and under stay free.

  • Group reservations involving multiple cabins are subject to additional booking and cancellation requirements. Specific terms will be discussed at the time of booking and are based on the number of cabins reserved.

  • Smoking, including the use of vapes and cannabis, is not permitted inside cabins.

    Guests may smoke on their cabin deck or trailer site only and are asked to use the receptacles provided for cigarette butts.

    Alcohol consumption is restricted to inside cabins, cabin decks, and trailer sites.

  • Guests who do not arrive for their reservation and have not provided notice of cancellation will be charged the full reservation amount.
